  • Services may include live/recorded sessions, downloadable content, course notes, study material, and assessments.
  • We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any course or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Enrollment & Payments

  • Course fees must be paid in full or as per the chosen installment/EMI plan.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of payment.
  • Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except where explicitly stated.
  • EMI payments must be completed on time; failure to do so may result in suspension of access.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once enrolled, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned in specific promotional offers.
  • In case of technical issues caused by IZO Academy (e.g., class not delivered, duplicate payment), refunds may be processed after verification.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to [support@izoacademy.com] within 7 working days of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All study materials, notes, presentations, videos, and resources provided by IZO Academy are protected by copyright.
  • Students are granted access for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Student Conduct

  • Students must maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and peers.
  • Sharing class links, login credentials, or paid resources with others is not allowed.
  • Any misuse or violation of academic integrity may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • IZO Academy does not guarantee specific academic results or career outcomes.
  • We are not liable for interruptions due to internet issues, device failure, or third-party service disruptions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZO Academy is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected during registration (name, email, phone, payment details) is used solely for course delivery, communication, and account management.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

IZO Academy reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
