At IZO Academy, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling.


1. Enrollment & Payment

  • All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment/EMI plan.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Once enrolled, course fees are non-refundable except where explicitly mentioned.
  • Exceptions: Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
    • Course not delivered due to IZO Academy’s cancellation.
  • All refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Student-Initiated Cancellations: Students who discontinue voluntarily are not eligible for refunds.
  • Institute-Initiated Cancellations: If IZO Academy cancels a course before commencement, students will receive a full refund.
  • Live/One-on-One Classes: Missed sessions will not be refunded. Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of the instructor.

4. EMI/Installments

  • Students opting for EMI must complete all scheduled payments.
  • Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of access without refunds.
