π Refund & Cancellation Policy β IZO Academy

At IZO Academy, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Enrollment & Payment
- All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment/EMI plan.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Fees: Once enrolled, course fees are non-refundable except where explicitly mentioned.
- Exceptions: Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Course not delivered due to IZO Academyβs cancellation.
- All refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7β14 business days after verification.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Student-Initiated Cancellations: Students who discontinue voluntarily are not eligible for refunds.
- Institute-Initiated Cancellations: If IZO Academy cancels a course before commencement, students will receive a full refund.
- Live/One-on-One Classes: Missed sessions will not be refunded. Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of the instructor.
4. EMI/Installments
- Students opting for EMI must complete all scheduled payments.
- Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of access without refunds.
